Courtney Davis, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, BCN
Courtney Davis has been a mental health RN since 2006. She earned her BSN from Liberty University in 2020, and her MSN from Old Dominion University in 2025. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and is currently in the DNP program at ODU. As the wife of an Army veteran, she is passionate about supporting military families and proudly serves as a clinical partner with The Headstrong Project, a non-profit providing confidential, stigma-free mental health care for veterans and their loved ones. She strives to provide holistic, trauma-informed care that empowers individuals to take control of their mental health. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking greater balance, she is honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Courtney deeply believes that mental health care must be individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Each person’s story and experience are unique, and their treatment should reflect that. She is passionate about offering multiple modalities for healing and specializes in alternative, neuroscience-informed therapies such as Brainspotting and EEG-guided neurofeedback. As one of the few providers in the area certified through the nationally recognized Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), Courtney is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care that supports the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal.

In her spare time, she is most likely at a basketball tournament for one (or both) of her teenage boys. She loves reading, traveling, trying new things, and hanging out poolside with her husband, boys, and pit mix, Remy. However, the way to her heart is a mutual love for Disney.
